My son Daniel (5 1/2) and I are working on a kids' comic. It's about pirates who get lost at sea and wind up in an alien world. It shall be awesome.

Amazon Pirates of the Black Sea!!

Here are some drawings for a comicbook project I will probably never finish. It's about a secret tribe of Amazons that survived into the 19th century. Basically it would be a pretty straightforward adventure story. Pirates, sea battles, oriental intrigue and so-forth. I have a few ideas about the Greek Revolution, early feminists, a hypothetical, matriarchy-based Christian sect... It keeps my brain busy. Hope you like the drawrings.
